failed miserably :-(

    as the title says really, this afternoon i ate bolognase{sp}? and skips crisps and a little bag of chicken pieces....

    it was going so well aswel, i dont even know WHY, i just ATE for eating sake, it was there.....:cry::cry::cry::cry:

    i so annoyed with myself now, really really annoyed:mad::mad::mad:

    so im going to have my water, and lots of it, and my last shake about 6pm ish.....

    thank you... im back on it now, just had the last shake of the day and going to try and get some more water down.. ive had 4 pints today so going to try and get another 2 down at least!!

    could of swore i posted a message on this thread will retype it.
    you have only failed if you don't get back on it hun and seen as you have you haven't failed.
    just sit down and think why you came off and see if you can make a plan for next time. maybe it could be removing temptation

    Hey Sarah,

    These things happen, just do what you have done and press on. I've had a difficult day, ate a little more than I should have in the +meal, but oh well, lets hope for a better tomorrow!

    Well done for getting back on! I screwed up last night with bread and chocolate n was ready to throw in the towel but today I'm back on 100 % n now I feel much better think I got it out of my system now so can go full steam ahead n the same for u!
