Good luck Carlos, you're not the only restarter (me!), there's quite a few of us on here at the mo.

You know the routine, stick with it and your weight will be gone in no time!

Hiya I am also a restarter after losing 8 stone to go and put most of it back on after getting pregnant.....but im just starting my 4th week......and doing well .....you can do it....be strong, good luck x
