Don't give up Tracey. We all have slip-ups and fall off the wagon from time to time. The important thing is to see it as just that and clamber back up again. I must admit that SW is the only eating plan I've felt able to pick up again after a blip, probably because I can still eat plenty of tasty food and have a drink or two as syns.

It was my birthday this weekend and I didn't just fall off the wagon, I pole-vaulted off it. I put 3lb on. I've now drawn a line under it, set myself a mini-target, planned the week and am determined to stick with it! Good luck.
