So I've been on SW for 3 weeks and haven't had anything BAD happen. I see a lot of posts where ppl go crazy and eat off plan etc. So...I'm waiting for the dreaded day! I understand that I'm new and maybe have more motivation right out the gate. But I'm actually worrying about this! I'm worrying about when it will happen.

I don't foresee it but I understand that there will be times when I have to eat out etc. Freaked out. Anybody else out there have wagon anxiety for no reason?!

My dear, sweet mother always used to say

"don't trouble trouble until trouble troubles you "

    Oh so true.

Some people never slip but it is human nature to err.

Personally I have fallen off the wagon over the last few days and should take the advice that is running along with my signature.

I now understand how difficult it is to stay on plan when you are living the life I am at present with trips to the hospital and looking after someone sick for 6 hours each day. I am just never at home to prepare my lovely SW soups etc. When I do get home I am exhausted and tend to just eat what DH is eating.

So my advice to you lovely lady is......... don't give it a seconds thought and just keep doing what you are doing. Your stats are really good.

    hugs xxxxx

I've been doing SW for almost 2 years & I've never 'fallen off the wagon'. I've had times were I've had more syns than I should, I've had weeks were I've gained, but I've never taken time out or not followed SW.
