False eye lashes

Not sure if anyone can help with this!

Bought some fake eye lashes for some reason! Never used them before and am confused about how to apply them. Do you put your make up on first? Or after?

Make up on first I always get a friend to help

Thank you! Just has a practise. Don't think I'm putting quite enough glue on the ends - they keep sticking up lol!
