hope you enjoyed your birthday yesterday, was just wondering if you did end up eating at your meal out last night, and if so what did you have, its just that its my birthday tomorrow and we are going out for a meal and part of me says stick to chicken and salad and the other part want a nice meal, i have no intention of having anything apart from that one meal and know i will have no trouble getting back on track, just wondering what you did in the end.
