hi does anyone know of syn free meals from farm foods or really low syns, it doesnt matter if it is green or red days.

they do the youngs low fat salmon crumble its only 3 syns per pie on EE or green and only 75p you get the birds eye sliced beef in gravy its free on red and EE and great for frozen fruit and veg xx
