Fasting today

Just done my first ever 5:2 fast and it was surprisingly satisfying!!
I skipped breakfast so I fasted from 11pm last night until 3pm this afternoon. I had a veggie full lunch with a handful of brown rice. Then 3small slices of melon. Ive had tea and coffee and water. And tonight I fancying a small portion of beans on toast. Very successful day. Calorie total is 505 according to my fitness pal :) x
