Fat and miserable no more!

I hate being fat. I can just about cope in winter but with the warmer weather here I am so miserable. Being overweight has an impact on every aspect of my life and even though I pretend I am happy about my size, I am not.

Yesterday was my son's sports day in school and I was so unfit and uncomfortable that I have decided for once and for all to do something about it. No more half arsed attempts. This is it. I am never going to be this fat again.

Starting weight: 13st 6lbs
Target weight: 10st 6lbs


Day 1:
Breakfast: Boiled eggs x 2, chopped banana, plum with mullerlight yoghurt.

Lunch: 6 extra light laughing cow (HEXA), 6 wholegrain ryvitas (HEXB), lean ham, tomatoes, lettuce, pickled onions.

Dinner: Fillet steak, warm rice salad

Syns: Milk (4)


I am hoping that keeping an online diary will help me to succeed.
