Fat, Forty + & Fed up with it!

Can't change being in my 40s, but can change the fat part

I'm Jan, I live in Cornwall and have 4 kids ranging from 5 to 21. I've got several stones to lose...... I should be about 9' tall then my BMI would be spot on! I've lost a stone by myself & then another 11lbs with Slimming World over the past 4 weeks. I did lose 6 stone with SW around 10 years ago - kept it off for 5 years & then put it all back on after I had my last littlun.

I've been lurking on this site for a few weeks & thought it was time I said hello. I need some inspiration to stick to the straight & narrow.

Hi, and welcome! Well done for taking the plunge and posting, that in itself can be hard enough

I'm also in my 40s and have decided that this is my last ditch effort to finally start enjoying life and being overweight stops me doing that.
