Hi, this is my first post on the forum. I just wondered if anyone had a recipe for a fat free quiche and any other free recipes which you can nibble on.
Ingredients
1 Tomato for Decoration
3 Eggs
Onion Diced
Sweetcorn
Broccoli
Slice lean Bacon if you want.
250g Cottage Cheese
Place all your veg in the bottom of your quiche dish. Beat 3 eggs and add cottage cheese. Pour mixture over the veg aand place sliced Tomato over the top.
Cook on the middle shelf at 180c for approx 40 minutes or until solid to the touch and brown.
I prefer it after it’s been in the fridge. You don’t have to use the vegetables I’ve suggested you can use which ever you like. This is really nice
