Fat lad Brians week 2 completed

What a struggle dieting is! I had no idea. Milkshakes and apples and a sensible meal every 24 hrs....lol.
This week I have been swimming and walking most every day and dreaming of food most every night in my sleep as well as fantasicing about choc, cake and sugary things in general. In my dreams I find bags of snack foods and gourge myself, feeling guilty, but eating with gusto non the less.
Anyway that's just in my dreams and at the end of this week I have lost another 4.5lb's :). Thats 8lb in two weeks:cool:.
Just wish it was easy and I actualy looked lighter lol.....

That is fantastic well done, keep the food in the dreams lol best place for them
well done, the increase in exercise has definitely helpe me. I watched the biggest loser US and decided the only way to increase the speed of weight loss was to increase the exercise.
