I did thst last week on my phone, then my father in law started looking through the pictures on my phone! He. Must have thought i was so rude trying to get the phone back off him before he came across my fat phoyos posed at all angles!

Just think you'll never look like that again!! I've taken some fat photos of me too... Not brave enough for one in a bikini though! I just know when (see what I did there with the no 'if' lol!) lose the weight I'd have wished I'd taken the fat ones to see the difference!

Ha oh well i think u need them on this diet as u obv get hardly any fibre . Today is gonna b my hardest day as sat night n boyf is off work :-/ ....gonna resist if i have a bad week n lose 3.5 maybe a good week could mean 5? ?
I know I hate Saturday nights... It's takeaway night at my house! But I just reminding myself that week one I resisted fish and chips so I should know better now... Least I don't drool over them now which makes me realise just how weak I was before!!
I think you could be looking at a 5lbs loss there's no reason you can't do it I was so shocked at my 3rd WI after losing 2 the week before! I've had a sneaky WI this morning and it says 19:3 I know you weigh less in the morning but i think I might have just gotten away with it! I might have to take myself upstairs for abit this evening while everyone else is stuffing their faces!! I don't feel like in out if ketosis but better safe than sorry!
