everyone on here is such a insperation everyone is doing so well it helps to not be going through it alone

i did have to laugh last night my other half stayed i havent seen him in a few weeks and he went to grab my tummy and play with my fat and hes like crap hun you have tightened up cant play with it anymore (which i always hated lol)

It's taken me about 4 or 5 years, 4 stone on my own and the rest with SW and it's felt like an age! I have some pics and embarrassingly enough some home movies or me in the past and I cringe sometimes lol!
