Hi, it's my mums birthday today and she wants to go to Betty's. Does anybody know how many syns in a fat rascal?

Never heard of them but a quick online search shows they're 422 calories for 100g so that would be about 21 syns per 100g, using the 20 calories to 1 syn methodology. You'd need to find out how much one weighs and work it out from that.
