Wasn't sure where to put this thread so here it is!
I've been doing SW/WW for 2 years and it's safe to say we're recycling the same recipes to the point where we're sick of it!
I mix it up between filling and healthy and propoints depending on what we fancy. I get 32pp a day.

So my question is....what is your favourite WW friendly meal? I'm looking for inspiration and I don't seem to be 'grabbed' by anything in the magazines.

Our current faves are turkey burgers and enchiladas. Both 2pp on F&H day for cheese!

    Much appreciated guys!!

I live on the warburton pizzas!!!

I used to be obsessed with nachos and jalapenos so it made sense to have pizza with loads of jalapenos and I pack them with veg too so way better for me.

I'm a creature of habit and eat quite lot of the same foods but that's what keeps me happy!!!

I love a SW recipe that I am not sure Bacon, Mushroom and Tomato Sauce - so simple and one of my faves.

100g wholewheat spaghetti (9), passata, bacon medallions (4), pepper, mushroom, 35.5g chorizo (4), tomato purée, Italian Seasoning (the recipe does not have the chorizo but it gives it a lovely flavour)

    Definitely worth the 18points.

Also on Slimming Eats there is a Lentil Cheddar Bake - again I add chicken or bacon to this. Nice on its own or served as a side.

Sticky 5 spice gammon is also really nice if you like spicy things.

These are just a few of the quick tasty meals I make and I am only on 28/29 points.

If you want I can post the recipes later.

I like recipes that don't require like 10-15 ingredients that are things I never use or even heard of lol!!
I've noticed coming from SW to WW that WW recipe books are so much better for this too.
Most recipes in the books I've bought are easy to make, classic meals or nice things that are different & don't need a lot of stuff.

I've made quite a lot of the recipes so when I get some more free time I will post the recipes along with the photos if you'd like to see them xxx

I tend to like cooking the Hairy Dieters recipes. The ones I've cooked have a reasonable number of points (I'm having their sweet & sour tonight, which comes to 5pp a portion), and they're usually pretty easy to cook. The best part is that they're always tasty, and I've yet to make a recipe of theirs I don't like. They're certainly much better than most of the ones in the WW recipe books, in my opinion.

My favourite recipe, I think, are their Italian style meatballs from their first book (the white one). It's 7pp a portion if I remember correctly, and goes well with anything. I like to have it with mashed potato & veg, personally...although it's lovely too with some wholewheat pasta.
