Mell basically you say how much you would like to lose in Febuary, so see how many more weigh in days you have and think whats possible then copy the list and paste it when your typing your reply, pop your name at the bottom with the amount you would like to lose this month only ( another one will start for next month ) and update each week you weigh in by copying and pasting the list and changing your stats
