Would anyone like to join me in a challenge for feb?

All that is reqyired is your start weight on feb 1st n a self given goal

My goal for feb will simply be to loose

4lbs

Will report in with my start weight in a few days time

I'll join you! Not planning to weigh in until Friday though but I'd like to lose 5 pounds for the month. Starting weight on Friday past 200.
