Feel like Ive messed up already

I'm feeling really cheesed off with myself. Day 1 of LLT today and I had no idea how much of a challenge it would be. The hunger hasn't been all that bad... its more the games my mind has been playing on me. Its like a have a little naughter pixie on my shoulder trying to get me to give in :cry:I managed until 7pm then I just caved in and ate a meal........ Please please someone tell me im not the only one and that it will be OK :family2:

You are not the only one, and it will be OK. :) really.

Just draw a line under it - think of it as a false start, and strt all over in the morning. Mental prep is more important then anything with this diet - just try your hardes to knuckle down and et through the first week - it gets so much easier after that. It gets easier after about just 3 or 4 days really - but by week 2, after your great results on the scale you will be driven to sail on.

Chin up! Its not the end of the world - but the beginning of your new life.

Good luck - be strong and believe 110% you can get through each day one day at a time.

Thank you so much for your reply. False start it is...... I so desperately want this to work for me ..... as it seems, I just need to get over the first few days of bonkers thoughts :)

Today has been soooo much better, I'm feeling totally positive and I even have one meal pack left of the day to have later!
I've treat myself to a mag to reward myself for having a great day ;)

A non food treat is a great idea. I hadnt thought about magazines. I used to buy loads of them years ago. Time to re-start I think :D
