Hi, I was just wondering is this a side effect of LT? Does anyone else feel cold? I work in a hospital and it is always to warm but since starting LT I am constantly cold.. My husband has said it probably because I don't have as much Blubber keeping me warm...:). Anyhow just wondering if anyone else has felt this way. Nickie xxx

I do Nickienu! Infact I brought an extra cardigan to work today to wrap around my legs as the last few days I've felt freezing! I'm hoping it will pass soon because it's making it difficult to work :(

One of the 'side effects' of this type of diet is feeling cold, it actually shows you're following the diet properly. The body adjusts its' normal thermostat and makes you fee colder. The best way to combat this is to drink a hot drink,(or a warm drink). Hope this helps x
