feeling cold?

when people on here say they feel cold do they mean all over? because today its just my hands that are freezing. I have taken to wearing my hand/arm wamers inside.

It varies believe me! Sometimes its just extremities, sometimes all over- I had never felt that cold in my life before! Also, sometimes it wears off, but some people are cold the whole time of their diet. But remember its a good sign- you are very likely in lovely ketosis!

Have to say it must be cold out today (havent been out yet!!!) because i am freezing cold and i doubt very much that i'm in ketosis i know i havent had bread, pasta, potatoes or rice for a few days but i know i've had carbs, just perhaps not as many as i normally wold have...still not enough to be in ketosis though... Hope it warms up soon though or i'll be frozen when i do hit ketosis

Yep i have been feeling cold pretty much all over!
Then i snuggled up in my jumper now im not cold lol

:jelous: my jumper is too small. i have a cot blanket on my legs lol. i was planning on working on a doll tonight, no chance with numb fingers.

I'm freezing all over! I'm so mismatched tonight, i've got pink pyjamas, thick blue / green stripey socks and a huge brown / cream knitted cardigan on. And i'm still blinkin cold!

I finally warmed up a bit proving it wasnt ketosis just me being odd Laptops are fantastic though they really warm your legs up and i put my hands under there and warm them up too
