I think it will feel like a hundred stone gone once the dissertation is in lol a huge relief!
It's jut the constant pressure and stress an my usual coping mechanism is food so I'm struggling but slowly winning this battle lol!
I've realised I'm really harsh on myself - not had a gain since Xmas but keep Ragging on myself for not loosing more than 0.5-1.5 a week but actually I have to realise that's great!
So completely set for this week especially as I got sow - never achieved this before and absolutely chuffed to pieces wasn't expecting it at all!! Doing green this week mainly to mix it up and keep me full!!
