    Hi Everyone
This is probably the first time I have felt so down in the dumps! Dont particularly want to eat, but I am starting to doubt I will lose the weight!!!! Where did that come from I just dont know.

My clothes are a bit big for me and I dont want to go and buy new ones as they may not fit in a few weeks time, so maybe this is why I feel YUK!

Just felt I had to write this down and remind myself that I will get there and it is only a matter of time.

Hope you are all having a better day than me.....I know I will get over this, maybe I am tired and going to get some Senokot...probably says it all now

I think we';re all entitled to our down days :)

But, sticking with this 100% over a prolonged period of time and you WILL lose weight - you just can't NOT lose weight!

Maybe give yourself a bit of pampering and take care of yourself over the weekend. You deserve it :)

    When's weigh in?

I have felt exactly the same as you on a number of occasions, trust me - going and buying a new item of clothing really is an amazing pick me up!!!

I shopped at sainsburys, tescos and adsa - cheap clothes and good quality too - even if you dont buy anything go and try something on in a smaller size and watch the smile on yer face grow! :D x

I tried a lovely pair of jeans on 16(petite) in House of Fraser the other day and they were an absolute perfect fit. I loved them, but put them back as I thought they wouldnt fit in a few weeks time......I maybe should just go and buy them as they were in the sale reduced from £45 to £11!!!!!
Thanks again Summergurl..I know I can do it, not thinking of giving up, was just feeling a wee bit sorry for myself...going to the chemist now :wave_cry:

ooh Irish go and buy them as a treat for doing so well so far. You deserve them, the girls are right, I just get Asda or Primark clothes, even just a cheap top makes you feel better, and when its too big, use it to sleep in for a bit

You should defo treat yourself! You've done really well so far so keep going. I've had my down times on this too but just try to remember your reasons why you are doing this and you will get through this. I bought clothes from peacocks and bon marche to keep me going. Cheap and cheerful and did the job.

Keep logging on here for any support cos you know somebody will be here to talk!

Hi Summergurl....I did go and try to buy them...BUT, they had gone! Oh well...never mind. There was another pair there, but they werent as nice. Never mind, I got a little excited going to have another look....and went to Boots too, bought myself some new nail files, buffers, etc and new face mask.

My plan was to pamper myself tonight, but I feel so tired, I have came home, had my soup, put my jammies on and am sitting with my laptop and watching tv as well..chilling...which is really nice.

Feel a bit better, but think it is just tiredness....

Thanks guys...I think I just needed to tell you incase I went off the rails..although that was never on my mind.

I will take your advice and actually go and buy some cheapo clothes...

I do have some old smaller clothes from around 3 yrs ago which are actually in perfect condition cause I didnt get much use out of them..they are just slightly too small; another week or so and they will be fine...

MY GOAL NEXT WEEK: buy a new top/skirt or trousers!!!!!!!!

Have a great weekend everyone and thanks once again for your support.

You'll be in those smaller clothes in no time. It's great to get into smaller clothes and it gives you a real boost.

You enjoy your weekend too and make sure you have a bit of a pamper!

    Hi Scotsmist,
glad you treated yourself to something, it's important to do so. I must admit I am really shattered this week as well, never quite got that energy surge that some others have. I have started to go to shops where they sell regular clothes and I like looking at all the designs to see what may suit in time. I am also looking at colours that may suit. I think we have to do these things to keep ourselves going as there is an end to this some time down the line. So treat yourself, enjoy it and next time you see a bargain pick it up.
    Wishing you all the best.
    Doirin

Thanks Doirin....maybe it is just our bodies saying they are a bit tired, and the weather has been miserable too, which I hate!

Look forward to your thread when you have bought a nice new outfit :D
