Feeling Low :(

I'm on day 5 of SS and I have had a horrible day and I just can't even stomach my third shake!

I got sunstroke yesterday so I feel as if I've been hit by a bus at the moment which isn't helping things but I caught my mum (sad I know) discussing me and my CD with someone and it has just put me in the worst mood as it really isn't her place to be telling people i'm on some 'milkshake diet' HARDLY!!!!

Other than today I've been feeling really great, waking up before my alarm each morning not so grogging in the evenings like I used to be after stuffing myself with carbs and I am just really upset with it all!

I've not yet noticed a difference, I did do a sneaky waist measurement this morning and it was 3 inches down but baring in mind that was on an empty stomach and my first weigh in was at 3pm and I'd eaten... ALOT I doubt that's a genuine loss

I just feel crap!!!!
 
Don't feel crap! I've been hit hard in the sun as well, especially yesterday. I didn't drink enough water and today I've felt pretty rubbish too. It's not "just some milkshake diet" - it was created by a Professor at Cambridge University which is good enough for me! :). Honestly, once you get to weigh in in the first week you'll feel so much better, and then you'll feel more motivated.

Remember, the more water you drink the better you'll feel. I'm trying to remember that, I'm on day 10 and I can't wait until I can have the fruit powder to go in the drinks. I'm going to make ice lollies as soon as I get it, muahaha! Another nice tip I've got in the hot weather is put about 6 icecubes in your shake along with the 8flz of water and blend.. bloody lovely and your shake is double the size! :)
 
Hi lovely thank you very much for the reply you've really cheered me up! Yes it was the 'milkshake diet' comment that got to me, I researched thoroughly asked so many questions and of course have read so much on this forum and it's just making out it is a fad that will not work that frustrates me!

I am drinking around 6 litres a day, especially in this heat as I guess I am losing some in sweat (gross)! I worry however this has contributed to my dizziness as my electrolytes could be low? Does anyone know if this could be the case?

Well done on your first loss! That's amazing! just think you're 1/4 way to goal weight :)
 
Six litres is a lot hun but it is hot!!! Xxx keep going ignore everyone that puts the diet down its the best thing I ever did and u will agree at first weigh in x
