hey maybe you should relax and cut down on the amount of exercise your doing!! we don't have the energy stores and it sounds like your using up what you do have hun!! relax and drink some water keep your intake up especially with all the exercise!! you'll get through stay positive

i agree, in week one you are meant o take it *very* easy on exercise and you're not meant to overdo cardio exercise during LT anyway.

try going easy for a while and see how it goes. you'll still lose plenty of weight.

Foxy I agree with yummymummy you probably are trying too hard just now. Easy does it, maybe just go give yourself a minifacial and have a nice bath. Drink plenty of water, it seems to do the trick. I had a crisis an hour ago as I had to prepare food for the household and sooooo wanted a taste but went and drank a glass of water and got past it. Keep strong.

I agree with what the ladies have advised above, be very careful on LT not to over do it, I have a vibroplate and once did 30 minutes in one day, needless to say I collasped and was lying on the floor (cm from a glass cabinet in my living room= very lucky) for a good ten minutes very disorrientated with no idea what how I got there. Exercise is good for you, but you have to be so careful with cardio because of the limited calorie intake. Hope your feeling better hun. x
