I agree with what the ladies have advised above, be very careful on LT not to over do it, I have a vibroplate and once did 30 minutes in one day, needless to say I collasped and was lying on the floor (cm from a glass cabinet in my living room= very lucky) for a good ten minutes very disorrientated with no idea what how I got there. Exercise is good for you, but you have to be so careful with cardio because of the limited calorie intake. Hope your feeling better hun. x
