Feeling uninspired...Chicken recipes anyone?

Hiya,

So I've just learned to cook chicken. (Gasp!) and so far I know how to make the old el paso chicken wraps... that's about it.

I can't think of anything to put chicken with, which I find funny seeing as its more or less all I eat!!

Any ideas?

I made a lovely salsa chicken from the one pot book. I'll post when I find it x

Chicken curry, stir fry with noodles, sweet and sour, casserole, also them cook on bags are lovely and so easy ( you shake the chicken in the bag of flavour and chuck it in the oven, chicken wrapped in bacon- I usually make double and chill one breast, slice it next day to have a chicken and bacon salad.. The list is endless!
