Fell off my...............

horse this afternoon ..........no particular reasons ...but this time i seem to have got back on my horse .....a bit bruised and ashamed but in the past i would of ate all week !!! ....metaphorically speaking ........my horse was an apple pie !!:break_diet:

Next time, leave your horse (apple pie) in the stable (supermarket shelf) or put it out in the field (bin). Alternatively, let someone else ride it.

The 'bruises' will be gone soon ... good luck for the week ahead.
