fell off the LL wagon ...

    ... for the first time in 86 days.

    Went to choose the cheeses we're having at the wedding and of course, I couldn't decide without tasting. All of them.

    Oh well, am counting it as today's milk allowance, had my soups with water instead.

    LOL Virgo girl! Cheese are lower in carbs than milk! Now back to SSing at once or :whoopass: coming your way!

    Whats done is done; dont beat yourself up but get back on that wagon before it runs away & you cant catch it!! Try & see the incredible achievement of sticking to it for 86 days!!! Thats incredible! You can do this so just go for it!!

    I really like the shakes and soups with milk - after 12 weeks, it makes a nice change.

    Fell further off the wagon, though. Went to Ireland for a wedding.

    Managed to avoid the booze, just put a glass to my lips for the toasts, didn't actually drink any.

    But the food was harder to avoid. The bride and groom had gone to a lot of trouble to get the caterers to provide veggie food for me, and paid a lot of money for it, so seemed rude to ignore it altogether.

    Had some veg soup to start, then pasta - but I left at least half of it.

    Pudding was a different matter. I'd intended to only have a mouthful, but got a bit carried away!

    Think I must be out of ketosis now, and am feeling very hungry today, but back on the wagon. It was only one meal, however I'm having to work hard not to feel guilty.

    VG, you know what the best thing to do is, don't feel guilty! Forget you ate, and now get back to sticking to LL - you'll soon be back in ketosis and start losing again.
