I really like the shakes and soups with milk - after 12 weeks, it makes a nice change.
Fell further off the wagon, though. Went to Ireland for a wedding.
Managed to avoid the booze, just put a glass to my lips for the toasts, didn't actually drink any.
But the food was harder to avoid. The bride and groom had gone to a lot of trouble to get the caterers to provide veggie food for me, and paid a lot of money for it, so seemed rude to ignore it altogether.
Had some veg soup to start, then pasta - but I left at least half of it.
Pudding was a different matter. I'd intended to only have a mouthful, but got a bit carried away!
Think I must be out of ketosis now, and am feeling very hungry today, but back on the wagon. It was only one meal, however I'm having to work hard not to feel guilty.
