fenugreek seeds

I am really sorry if this has been asked before but couldn't find a definite answer for this.

Do fenugreek seeds have a syn value, some people say yes (based on being seeds) some people say no (as they count as spices), I think no, saw a recipe that did not give them a syn value but I want to double check as I am breastfeeding and using to boost supply. I am doing SW online searched for them but couldn't find them online.

When I first started SW I asked the same question cos I eat a lot of curry and they cropped up in many recipes. I ask 3 different consultants & no one really knew the answer! I used them as a free spice - like coriander,cumin,fennel etc they are all called "seeds" but are free spices. Also the amount you would use in a recipe is small so not likely to affect weight loss. I'm at target so must be ok! Hope this helps
