Few questions about Exante please read :)

Hiya

im thinking about starting exante diet next week to shift my baby weight from having my daughter 8 months ago..
i have a few questions to ask

what support do you get when doing the exante diet?

do you get fast results?

are they tasty?

im going on holiday in 4
months and 2 weeks time
and im looking to lose 3 stone and 6lbs
do you think that is possible following the exante lowest diet?

i am 5.5 13 stone 9lbs (191)

i dont like the soups or the shakes or the bars really but




but I've lost 51 pounds since november

so yes its possible - i dont care for the product but i love the results

sorry if you are breast feeding its not recommended until the baby is on a mixed diet, my friend breast fed and did LL and she seemed to do ok

my d is 8 months too

Total is the lowest, it is abstinence as in tee-total, or is that tea-total ?

8 months is an adorable age, so, so cute.

Hi,
I dont like the shakes at all :jelous:
When i first had them i thought i had dropped a real brick
But after the first couple of days i am used to them now and in fact i think as they are soooo bland and awful they dont make you crave sweet things (thats my expierience anyway, on CD as the shakes tasted sooo yummy and choclaty, i was always craving choc!!)
So a definate plus for me
I bought 2 months worth of packs and hope to lose at least 2 stone in that time, i think 1 stone a month on a TMR is defo doable

I think 'tasty' is a stretch of the imagination, but it's all relative, I suppose

It may well be doable, but different people lose at different rates. Best of luck
