Hi - No idea, but might be difficult to add to the shake mix without it affecting the consistency / taste of the product. I've added a tsp of Fibresure a couple of times when I've felt the need for movement :rolleyes:. I'm not sure if Fibresure is allowed, but I have some in the cupboard and can't afford to buy the CD one yet so it will have to do.

i use benefibre i have it every day since i had a bad episode of constipation x

Think there is fibre, just perhaps not what you are used to. Peoples fibre tolerance differs, some people need the fibresure others cope fine on the fibre in the shakes.
