fibresure

Hi all,

got some fibresure this week.....in capsule form, funny thing is i have absolutely no appetite since i've started with them and am struggling to get the shakes down as i'm so full up

anyone else using the capsules?

No sorry, I used Fibreclear powder in my shakes. Fibresure has more calories than fibreclear.
