Extra Easy Figs!

Help I've bought a tonne of figs and annoyingly they aren't quite ripe and as tasty as they should be! Can any one tell me if I was to heat in oven (note cook to pulp just warm up) how many syns they'd be? K

I had my 1st fig last week but haven't tried them baked...how's best to bake them? x

I've just baked them for first time I put a cross on top about third down and put them in a baking dish, sprayed with a touch of frylght and popped on oven at about 180 for about 20 mins. Until opening up at cross and softer to touch! Loads of juice came out of mine making a syrup and 3 figs is 100g!
