Did you find that you ate bread and wraps etc in your first week at WW? I have had some crumpets and a couple of things but I am worried about using bread as my crutch for lunches again because I had next to no bread on SW and I am scared of this causing me to gain!

I have used bread, wraps etc more or less most days for lunch and have had losses every week that I have stayed within my propoints allowance ;)
 
That is really useful to know ladies, thank you so much. Maybe knowing that will help me to be less pessimistic :) it's so nice to not have to treat a bread item as a luxury! X
