finding it so so hard

I know it's difficult to find the right mind set and get our heads into gear.

Have you tried some of the following?

  • Take some photos, the grimer the better. In ya bra and pants. You don't need to show anyone but sometimes the shock of seeing ourselves nakedish, when not sucking it all in, is motivating :)
  • Look through your wardrobe, find some clothes you love but have not been able to wear for a while. Hand them up in your room, on the back of the door so they are the first thing you see when you wake up.
  • Plan your week. When was the last time you read the magazine? Or looked online for new recipes. Get creative, get shopping and plan to make a nice, satisfying, and in plan menu.

These kinda things really help me...sometimes...I still struggle and am new at this AGAIN. Think this must be the 7th time Ive joined. I always hit 2 stone loss and then cant seem to carry on, so I hope to be reading my own advice in a few months too :D
