Hi can anyone help me with the syns in Finn Crisp plus 5 wholegrains please and tell me if they can be counted as a HEB

according to the healthy extras online - you can have 4 as a HEb if they are the thin crisps.

if they are the crispbreads you can only have 2.

They have no free food allowance, so you can work out the syns by applying 1 syn to every 20 calories.
