Hello All

I have just come back from the chemist and i have lost another 6lbs bringing my total loss in 8days to 13lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy and looking forward to dropping the next stone!

Thank you all for all your post which i haveto say has been my motivation for the past 1wk
