first attempt at a muffin!!

i made a chocolate mint muffin just now
it was absolutely gorgeous... but i didnt have a ramekin dish so i used just an ordinary dish.... but will get one tomorrow.

next week, ive decided to try some soups and im gonna have soup for my tea followed by a big muffin!!

how did u make it? ive tried one before with a reciepe i saw on here but it turned out awful. i cant cook to save my life!! sounds yummy!

i just poured the shake powder into a dish and then added just a little bit of water..
mix it, and then keep adding a little bit of water until the mixture is smooth (but not watery, nice and thick), and then microwave for 1 minute 30..
actually i think it could have done with about 10 seconds longer... but it was yummy anyway
