First day and I blew it :-(

Well yesterday was my first DD. Started of really well - lots of water and tea and a healthy salad in the evening. Then thought oh I can can have a few nuts and raisins they won't hurt. Well - ended up troughing a whole bowl of nuts and raisins, a sandwich, two pieces of tiffin and half a bottle of wine :-(

Why do I do it? I KNOW this way of eating works for me - I just need to get off my you know what and get on with it!

Ah well, DD take two today.
 
Sorry to hear that Karenlou :( I'm the same, I find once I start eating in the evenings it is really hard to stop! My tips would be, have things that take a long time to eat like soup or a humungous salad and then plan a sweet to "finish" your meal, so maybe a yogurt or a 40 cal hot choc. As soon as you have had the sweet, go and brush your teeth and then paint your nails!! :D I find that works for me.
