First day at slimming world

Hi all

Thought it might be an idea to blog my journey just as you have.

I went to sw last night and at the grand weight gain of a stone since November plus being diagnosed underactive thyroid thought it best to lose it plus the 3 stone I've put on since my symptoms started 5 years ago.

Anyway it's been a good day

Breakfast: scrambled eggs on toast
Snack: small apple
Lunch: rice and a small amount of chicken curry and an apple
No afternoon snack as was in meeting
And dinner is sw carbonara with some fruit
Yum yum

Tomorrow going shopping to get some nice food ready for weekend and next week...and some mullerlight too!!!

Looking forward to a lifetime of nice food
