Aww good! I started back in september and lost 16lbs but after i went off the rails icudnt get back on it! But now i am stickin to it! When is ur first weigh in?>

The only advice that I can give is to take it one day at a time - I am on my umpteeth restart, but this time feels different - I am only on Day 2 so I have a long way to go but I know I can do this !

Take care and enjoy the journey, even if you take the more scenic route occasionally​

Ergh i just cheated and now i feel like crap, not because i failed or whatever cos i knew it wud happen once or twice, but i feel sick erghhh not eatin again bleurghhh lol

so what has made you cheat - was it your favourite food, habit, time of day ??

You need to identify why this happened and then make provision for the next time you are in the same situation...
