Extra Easy First full week Slimming World

Okay so I've had my first week of slimming world after switching from weight watchers!
I had a loss of 0.8lbs which is a smaller loss than I'm used to but a loss none the less!

I've been really good and stuck to it! I've eaten my full 15 syns a day as I exercise a lot! I did over 7hours last week!

I have switched my WI to Thursday! Mainly because I like a glass of wine at the weekend! Normally my syns are running low by the weekend when I have a Monday WI!

I think I'm still getting used to SW! I felt a lot more in control with weight watchers! But there is a lot more freedom in SW.

As I had one last week left on ww app I pointed my week yesterday! I ended the week with 24 weekly pp left! I normally eat them all So I did eat less on SW!

Which means I can afford to eat a bit more o the free foods in SW!

Anyway I'm trying not to compare! After doing ww for 3 months, it's hard not to! But I love cooking and SW is well suited to me! I can change my mind I I don't want to eat what I planned, as most foods I cook with are free!
 
Sounds like you are really getting stuck into this . This is my first week too and really enjoyed the food and the freedom not to have to count n weigh.

I would say stick with it and I bet you see an even better weight loss next week.
