First Meeting

I went to my first meeting last night and it was just like everyone on here had said.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I learnt so much about what I can and cant eat. It even made me do a late night shopping trip to get some free food for today.

I even met a friend I havent seen in ages and we are a similar weight so can have the challenge together
