first shake, hmmm, yummy!

Just having my first shake from Avidlite and it's very nice! Much nicer than the Lipotrim ones, mind you, this is made with milk not water so that probably explains it. Felt a bit hungry earlier, but motivated now cos lost 5lb this week!

hows it going Fredcat? I just ordered the shakes from Avidlite ..had a few and they were fine. I am hoping to be really good from here on in.
