Weighed in last night, after not a particularly fantastic week, and managed to lose 1lb - earning me my first stone sticker.
I'm sooo happy, and so much more motivated now that I'm a stone closer to my perfect holiday beach-bod

As if this wasn't enough motivation..

Just been out to lunch and upon returning to the office was greated with the most gorgeous bunch of flowers from the girls, to celebrate my acheivement.

My oh my, I am grinning from ear to ear - I work with some lovely people!! :thankyou:​
