Hi all, its my first time on WW.
Had success with SW before but after leaving and going back to it for one more pitiful attempt that lasted a mere couple of weeks before I flipped and piled on more weight, taking me to more than what I was when I first started it , I decided I needed the discipline so have joined WW to give it a try, the alternative was me just stuffing my face with whatever I wanted and feeling even worse about myself, so here I am with a whole new system to learn hoping I can get back into the clothes I bought when I lost over 2 stone last time I tried!
Any tips from people who have moved from SW to WW would be appreciated, counting everything is a bit of a shock after all the 'free' SW foods, but being a tall fella I do get 49 points which seems generous enough.
