First week on CD

Started the Cambridge diet on Friday. Starting to feel better about myself already, was so unhappy with my weight before! Nice to read so many other posts about others succeeding on this diet, it's encouraged me to succeed too! Specially reading them today when I was feeling a bit less strong! Xx
 
Seems like lots of people are following the Cambridge diet. It's one I haven't come across before. How does it work in terms of protein, fat and carb intake? And what a the other general recommendations?
