First week SW at home done!

Completed my first week doing SW from home and have only lost 1lb. After the first couple of days I started to panic I was eating too much and reverted back to not eating all day then stuffing myself at night. I'm going to try and eat properly for the next wk and hope I get a better loss! Good luck to all on the weight loss journey x

You need to eat regularly on SW as your body needs time to adjust to the new healthy eating you're now doing.

As long as you only eat when you are hungry, choosing superfree rather free whenever possible, you won't overeat. The hardest thing to learn is to know when you are actually full!

Stick to the plan and you'll lose weight regularly - don't expect big losses every week, slow but sure is the way to go. The longer it takes to lose the weight the more likely you will be to stick to the SW eating habits in the future.
