First week weigh in

    Just had my first weigh in after returning to Slimming World and lost 5.5 pounds. Am really chuffed.

    Well done thats brilliant!! I have just lost 2.5lbs in my first week and thought that was alot!! lol.... 5.5lbs wow!!

    How did you find your first week? Im in my first week and seem to be continually eating!!LOL!

    Thank you - 2.5 is a lot to lose as well. I know when I first did Slimming World I lost one pound in the first week!


    I felt I was constantly eating too, but so long as it was free food I just thought go for it and see what happens. Felt very full at times.
